Very minor things. The member of staff had to check some information and I had to ask for prices of different things because they were trying to sell us something more expensive than we had seen at a previous store but we didn't need anything especially good as it is for very occasional use. The colleague was very friendly and helpful and did his best. However, I had visited that store previously and talked to a different colleague and been very disappointed with the level of service. They didn't have something in stock that I'd seen online and didn't suggest any ways in which I could see it. I had to ask if another store locally might have it and find out for myself.

The length of delivery time by adding a bed to Mattress took an additional 4 weeks, the card machine broke down twice so in the end I went behind the counter to give my details, our sales guy who was great was interrupted 3 times by other staff members whilst serving me, which meant repeating my details over and giving me no privacy giving personal details.

A smaller store so not the range available - the credit card machine failed 3 times as the cord not long enough !! The till area too small for more than one customer at a time Also having the Internet to view products not on display may be a good idea - also more deals for multi purchase and not such a long lead time for delivery

On a previous visit I was not shown the mattress I was shown the second time, which I bought. I would have been most upset to have made a mistake, through not being shown the more suitable item the first time, had I not decided as a fluke to return and look again.

A rather unfair question!! We were satisfied with all the help and support we received making our purchase and the time invested in us by your sales assistant(s). He (Oliver) was very helpful indeed.

prices are high, to get more discounts and prices to be more reasonable.

Dreams website states free delivery for any order however there is a delivery fee charge for all deliveries. This is misleading for the prospective customers.
