The customer service was good. the sales assistant was new to the store so this could be why as his manager was very quick and on point in regards to service. The sales assistant was helpful however If I don't know exactly what I want I would have left without purchasing anything.

The person supporting us (his first name is Jackson and he works in the Finchley store) was really friendly and helpful, so we can't fault that, but we were disappointed at the high delivery cost and the length of time we'll have to wait for the item to be delivered. Otherwise, great service.

The staff were great and could not have been more helpful. I had a complicated order and this was dealt with very professionally. My only concern was the availability of products. There was a long lead time for one of the items.

I felt pushed to make the sale, I had already done my research and knew what I was after yet felt like I was being pushed to do more. It made me feel worried that all the server wanted was a sale from me and that it had to be sorted quickly so that she could rip me off. I knew I was getting an okay price (could have been cheaper but I wanted the service and to test the beds to double check) but came away feeling like I'd cheated - even if that wasn't the case.

Because of the number of sales and offers that Dreams have, I am always unsure whether to order or wait a couple of weeks for another offer. It would be nice to know that I got the best possible deal.

The mattress we ordered will take 3 weeks to deliver. That seems too long.

told me it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks (which is when I wanted). I then get a message they want to deliver in 3 days!!! unable to tell me how much it will cost to get bed built / if it is possible to get bed built. only 4 mattresses to choose from
