From walking into the store we was approached immediately by George the sale advisor, who was extremely knowledgable about the bed we was interested in. We went away and thought about it overnight because it was a big purchase but we went back next day to order it with George, and once again went through the information about it plus the money off offer which was a bonus, thanks again George on your expertise.

George was very helpful and polite.

The sales assistant attended to me promptly. He was polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was ordering.

Our assistant was extremely welcoming and polite. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took sometime explaining about the quality and different variations of mattress available and also about terms and conditions that was available to us. He asked several times if he needed to run through anything we did not understand. Whilst processing our order he made sure that we also checked all our details on the computer was correct before placing it. The service was excellent.

Oliver was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

I was tested on the sleep match to see what bed I needed this really helped me choose my bed and the assistant was extremely helpful listening to my needs and choosing the best bed for me

I went into dreams Finchley Central to have a look around in the view of purchasing a new bed frame and mattress a member of your staff called George asked if I needed any help or advice, what I liked was he wasn’t pushy wanting a sale just extremely helpful I found a bed frame and mattresses that I liked he gave me a run down on cost, delivery and charges to remove and put together the new bed also delivery options, but needed time to go home and measure my room also to work out the financial situation etc .said I would call him in a hour or so which I did and ordered the bed over the phone with George which went extremely easily. Now looking forward to receiving my new bed . Thank you for your excellent customer service George .
