Very friendly greeting from the salesperson the moment we walked in the door. We were offered a hot drink and made us feel very welcomed. He was was also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, not only about the product but the after care of the mattress which we purchased.

Very friendly and knowledgeable help from George, the Dreams colleague who assisted us in store. Took time to work out what we needed and to show us what the options were.

Your colleague George helped us with our purchase at the Finchley Central store. He was incredibly polite and professional. We bought a mattress from him last year and received first class customer service at that time. This is the reason we returned to the store as well as being very happy with our first purchase.

I was able to really talk through what I wanted, ask lots of questions, lie on the bed with a coffee (this was my second visit and i was spending a lot of money) and then I got a free duvet thrown int. thanks to Steve for his brilliant advice.

We came to the store which is based on Finchley Central. As soon as we entered the store the shop asisstant George took care about us, he showed us and let us tried all the matrresses what we wanted. At the end we picked the most suitable matrress with this guy's assistance plus a very nice bed frame. George gave us options that we could add some drawers in to the bed frame. We were highly satisfied with the services. We are more than happy to return to the shop in the near future.

I had done my homework on line and knew what I wanted. I just wanted to look in the shop to be sure especially regarding colour. Online I wanted a silver colour divan base and headboard but in the shop, it was too light and hence I changed the colour to a blue.
