We were greeted immediately on entering the store and given the option to browse ourselves or get guidance. We chose guidance and Oliver showed us some beds. He brought us comfy Tempur pillows to use and gave us the space and time to chat and test out the bed. He did not push us at all, given we liked the cheaper bed.

Zahur, the assistant who helped me, was very understanding and found me the perfect product. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was a great salesperson. The layout of the store to was lovely and I was even offered a cup of tea by both the assistants.
