I’m not the type of person who likes to go shopping in person because I don’t usually like interacting with other people so prefer to do my shopping online. But with something as important as a mattress I knew I had to go to a store. I was anxious but Oliver made me feel very comfortable and so comfortable in fact I almost had a nap on one of the beds :-)

Helpful service

The staff were very helpful and there was a good selection of products to chose from. My order was dealt with efficiently and quickly and the delivery date was morte than acceptable.

Overall, I am satisfied with my experience because I bought the bunk I like. But there is still small flaw on my experience. For example I was told firstly that the bunk can be delivered on Saturday at a cost of 10 pound , but finally I was told that it is impossible. Another example is that there is a big sale, 50% off, on the window, but actually I only got tiny discount on the bunk and mattress. Anyway I got the satisfied bunk with the help of the shopping assistant , Oliver.

Zahur Khan (ZH05) was really helpful and very knowledgeable on all of the types of beds and mattress combinations. He remembered us from a previous visit to the store and so made the process a whole lot easier and quicker.
