From the moment we walked into the store, we felt at ease and not immediately pounced on by a sales rep. Your sales person Oliver was helping out other customers but took the time out to see if we were ok and if there was anything he could out with, he also offered us a cup of coffee which was greatly received, we continued to browse you selection and when decided on our purchase, Oliver was there to help, explaining everything in detail.

It didn't take us long to find what we were looking for , in the mean time when we were looking Oliver one off your sales person made us a nice coffee, he dealt with the order, he is very good at his job , and dealing with customers. Over all very satisfied with this store.

The bed and mattress that I bought is exactly what I was looking for and met all my requirements. The assistant in the shop was very helpful and his guidance was tailored to his good understanding of what I was looking for. He didn't try to push me into taking anything that I wasn't completely happy with. The speed of delivery was exceptional. The delivery guys who collected the old bed and assembled the new one were pleasant, helpful, efficient and did a superb job. The new bed looks amazing and is exceptionally comfortable.
