George at the Finchley branch was extremely helpful and friendly. I was even offered tea or coffee. Good customer care is rare these days. Keep up the good work!

Oliver was very helpful both on the phone and then later in the store. He also carried the item to my car for me, and it was great that you carry things like mattresses in stock.

I went into the store on the weekend to browse for a new bed and mattress. I was approached immediately by Steve, who was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and he was immediately able to give me a range of options and talk to me at length about different products and their benefits. I was with my 4 year old daughter and he was very kind to her also. I left the store without a purchase because I wanted to think about it but Steve had been so helpful that I went back on my day off to but the bed in store instead of online. I was really impressed with the customer service - thank you!

George was in essence the perfect consultant, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us the space to make our own decision. Was very clear on all terms and conditions and was extremely quick to accommodate our needs. The product we bought ended up being the first one we were shown, demonstrating how well he listened to our needs and took us to exactly what we were looking for. An all round enjoyable experience.

The shop assistant/salesperson, Zahur was very friendly and very patient with my wife. He explained the different products with indepth knowledge. We left the shop undecided, but return within 2 hours as my wife was convinced Zahur had recommeded the right product to her liking. Will return to Zahur to purchase matress for our daughter soon.

The assistance we had from Olly and his manager was excellent. The mattress we ordered is good value but could be cheaper and quicker. Overall it was a nice change to receive such good, informed, no pressure service. Thank you.

We were helped as soon as we walked into the store. George (the assistant) was very thorough and patient and knew the answer to every questioned we asked. He explained in detail the different types of mattresses available and we felt well looked after. We were also offered a drink (although didn't accept) as didn't live far.
