I was served by George. He was very helpful & very polite.

I had seen the product I wanted online and then went to shop and seen the product in the shop and ordered it. Salesman Zahur Khan was very good at his job and made me very comfortable. Deliver was as promised and on time. Driver who delivered whose name was Anton very polite and helpful.

Oliver is well spoken, polite and professional. I was with my mother and they were all very polite and looked after us well. Excellent service. A dream at Dreams.

There are the two main reasons why we were Highly Satisfied with our experience at this Dreams. Both my husband and I work for the indrustry where customer service is the key and whereever we shop we seek not only the good product (value for money) but also best customer service. Before we decided to go with Dreams, we went to another highly rated brand first.Very very bad customer service and poor product knowledge. At Dreams, we were served by George, who is very helpful with genuine interest in what customer need. First he was talking to another customer but he assured us he will be with us after finish with the first customer. We wanted to buy Tempur matress but we weren't sure what type to pick and George has explained to us patiently and details about the product. He has also kindly explain to us about their service they provide and different payment options. He even entertained our 4 years old son with the balloon to keep him occupied while we are making the decision and choosing bed. We finally made the decision and bought matters and a bed for our new house. Thanks all to George and the Dreams to make our dream come true!
