Got there looked at a couple of mattresses and one of the sales person guided me for a good selection and price.

I was given a quality service and undivided attention. I was encouraged to try out different products. All my questions were answered. A very professional service.

The whole ambiance of the shop and the greeting we received was very good. Oliver was very knowledgable and always helpful. Being an ancient couple he as most helpful and patient.

Oliver, George and Steve were all very welcoming, Oliver served us brilliantly and was very courteous and professional, George made us coffee ( nice touch!) and Steve joined in with our conversations, the whole experience was like chatting with friends, would thoroughly reccomend a visit to this dreams

Perfect shop with perfect assistance

Stephen was very friendly knoweldgeable and healfpul Also the website was helpful and then we called to the store to see if the model we were after was there on display and it was then we came to the store and with Steve's help were able to find something even better that my son loved Steve was very nice and kind to us and gave me nice comments about my son which made me and him feel very proud. Everything was really smooth and went well. We felt really positive

The salesman gave me all the information needed and didn't try and oversell anything

We were served by George in your Ballards Lane Branch, he was polite from the start, not pushy and knew a lot about the product, smiled and was very patient and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend our friends George any time. His colleagues were also pleasant
