Dreams - Finchley

A very pleasant experience purchasing two beds for a rental property. I didn't want to spend too much but still wanted comfortable beds. The dreams salesman was knowledgeable, polite and very pleasant to deal with. I did not find him too "pushey".

The sales assistant George was very friendly, provided precise information about the product and offers to suit our individual needs. The manager of the store also attended and offered hot drinks.

Staff in the store were very helpful, understanding and gave good advice on the benefits of the Mattress bought. Bought previously from Dreams and a returning customer. Delivery service quick, convenient and delivery staff helpful in taking the mattress to the bedroom. Excellent customer service. Good choice on offer in store and on-line.

Mr. Zahur, validation code 039 was very helpful and compering the price with other stores, I found the Dreams prices all more affordable and more choices. Thanks Have a lovely day Mrs. Saadat

Tried to use the website but there seemed to be a problem with the total for the order - not adding up correct. went to Finchley shop and v helpful, speedy delivery and good communication. Need to fix website!

Good selection of matresses to try, staff member very knowledgeable and right input (not over pushy) to enable informed decision to made to buy.
