It's a local store which I have visiting over 35 years. Good choice of mattresses, pillows & beds. The products are reliable and quality assured.

The moment we entered the store, the assistant, Oliver, was eager to assist. His knowledge of the products was impressive and he was very understanding and patient. The store was laid out satisfactorily and all products were easily accessible and available to be tried out.

Staff asked me what I was looking for and showed me to the products in the showroom. I was left to try out the bed and take as long as I wished. I decided to purchase the showroom model there and then. I asked specific questions which were answered - turning of mattress, more detail on the fillings and composition.

There were two members of staff on at the time I visited the store. I was offered assistance by both and found both helpful. I also liked that when I went to the desk after trying the mattresses although the member of staff was finishing serving a customer he engaged in conversation with me to (being polite and helpful to both me and the customer he was dealing with) This was very good I felt as sometimes when you visit stores and a member of staff is busy you get completely ignored. Also, the delivery time for the mattress was good I could have got my chosen product 7 days later although I chose a later date.
