I visited the Finchley Central store and Oliver was very very helpful and a credit to the store, he was excellent and I can't talk highly enough of him.

Oliver our assistant was courteous and well informed. He gave good advice and was efficient. I was able to order a bedframe and mattress, as I had researched already online, but also to take further advice. A happy customer.

Zahur gave us as much time as we needed, he was knowledgeable. He didn't push me into buying as I came back the next day. Offered tea and coffee. Demonstrated differences between mattresses and beds. Stayed with us despite another customer trying to push in on us. Explained costings well. Beds cheaper than our previous research but don't look or feel as well made, time will tell.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Oliver in the showroom. He was always available to deal with our questions and he was very thorough and organised in obtaining the products we required.
