Friendly staff, quick service. Staff understood my needs very well and suggested different delivery choices that fit into my schedule.

It is a local store, close to home. As soon as I walked in, Zahur offered assistance. He understood immediately what I wanted, and although the model I had chosen online was not in store, he was able to show me both the fabric and the ottoman opening mechanism on other models. He then gave excellent advice on choosing a mattress.

It was quick and prompt

I wanted to test the feel and quality of the beds I had selected which you can't do online. Fortunately it was in stock. The sales assistant was very helpful in explaining the differences in mattresses. A 'hands-on' experience was also helpful in choosing the headboards.
