Really good service all round

I was greeted with a smile by steve and Ali who offered us a cup of tea and throughout our discussion pointed out some facts that we were not aware of in terms of durability of the Bed. No hard sale

the staff were very helpful,

very friendly & helpfull staff not overpowering but there when needed.

Staff were friendly, even with our two noisy children.

As soon as we walked in we were told if we need help the sales person would help once we had a look around which was nice as I don't like to be followed around we were asked if we would like a tea or coffee and the sales person interduce himself his name was Oliver and he was very helpful

A very good customer service experience from Abi

The mattress we had seen on the website was in the store which was really helpful. The sales advisor Oliver was very helpful, not pushy and gave us space to make our decision. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Also he went out of his way to make us coffee and spent time finding us pillows for when we were trying the beds.

The chap who served me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I walked in last week and I was very happy with service
