Jackson my assistant was excellent, both before the visit with telephone enquiries and during the purchase in store. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

The visit was fast, we were shown a range of items by your excellent salesperson, we were given plenty of information and not shown anything that did not meet our criteria. We were on our way having bought the mattress we needed in record time. Our past experience of mattress shopping has been annoying and this was exactly the opposite.

I was helped by Jackson in the Finchley Ballards Lane store. As soon as I walked into the store he greeted us warmly and offered us help. I have been having problems sleeping and with neck pain and have been searching for a long time for the right pillow. He explained different choices and we came up with a few to try. When I was lying on them to try them he was very informative and helpful, he checked the alignment of my spine to see how my neck was and he helped me choose the perfect pillow. He got my mum and I chair when we went up to the counter to pay and put details in for the warranty. He had an exceptionally good, knowledgeable and friendly manner of customer service. Thanks to Jackson for my perfect pillow!

Great service provided by Jackson (Finchley store)

Jackson at North Finchley Branch took my call the previous day and told me where to find parking. The next day he was there and helped me straight away, listened to my needs and gave me time to think! - made me a cup of tea while i waited and helped me to get what i needed for my budget. The bed was for my kids room - but now i want to go back and get one for our room!!
