A very polite and welcoming customer assistant. He patiently answered all our questions and encouraged us to try different available options to get a good feel of available products before making a final decision.

we visited finchley branch and were served by a chap called jackson, he proved to be extreemly helpful in advice, knew all about products, prices, comparisons, and his courtesy was outstanding- we were in and out of the shop in record time considering buying a bed is perhaps not the most interesting occupation ! also it has to be said that the upgrading offer on the matress and delivery time are brilliant ! many thanks to dreams.

The man that served me was very helpful, he offered all the advice we need and gave me aspects to think of that hadn't occurred prior to my visit. This made me change my mind slightly on what i wanted and i am now very happy with my order. The products available in store were displayed neatly and flowed very well apart from the pillows which seem to be slightly tucked away. all together i found that the staff were very helpful and there was plenty of choice meaning i could find exactly what i wanted

We were served with Dream's colleague Zahur. He was very friendly, kind and informed about every products in the shop, so he could find the perfect bed for me and my husband. We were looking for a bed with memory foam mattress and we found it. Also we found absolutely beautiful leather bed. So the stuff was were kind and found the best one for me and my husband.
