The delivery driver called me on the morning of the delivery to give me a 2 hour window, he then called me to say he could be there 30 mins early. Upon delivery they set up the bed. Communication from the delivery team was excellent

It was the first time I have ever needed to buy my own mattress and I had not a clue where to start. My trip to Dreams was highly satisfying purely because of the help provided by Jackson. He was very knowledgable about the products on offer and assessed mine and my partner's needs quickly. He even provided us with the type of pillow we liked so that we could try out the beds in the best way possible.

Although he was working alone on my second visit to this store, the young assistant was calm, polite and efficient. I am not really able to give an accurate 'satisfaction' score because It has'nt been delivered yet!

Very friendly staff member helped me with my experience. From narrowing done what I was looking for, to selecting the delivery date. The first experience was so good that I came back a week later to buy a bed for my guest bedroom.

The assistant was very helpful, it didn't take me long to make a choice thanks to his knowledge and patience. Trying out the mattresses and being able to see all the beds online in store was great.
