The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and informative. Also the friendliness and atmosphere of the staff and the store were very good and any questions I asked were answered thoroughly and with enthusiasm.

The 2 staff members were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I cannot tell the quality of the bed yet as it will not be delivered for a while. This wait is the only problem that I have. I also suggest disposable tissue to put on pillows if one should wish to lie down. I did not feel comfortable putting my head on used pillows. I look forward to receiving my beds

needed to purchase two single divan beds. Spent time surveying products on-iine, as well as visiting stores to check on quality and availability. Was recommended to view items at Dreams, location of store nearest to ,my area. Absolutely pleased we paid a visit, good selection on display. Salesman Jackson was most helpful with his knowledge of the product. Found him most courteous and efficient. Will certainly re-visit should we need similar items.

We entered the Finchley store 15 minutes before closing time and Stela, the saleswoman kept the shop open for us and spent over 1.5 hours helping us choose and go though the financing procedure. She also gave us a discount. Very satisfied.
