The service and advice given by Chris were excellent! He was patient and very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, explain me the differences between the various mattresses and help me decide which product was best suited for me, offering a truly bespoke service. I would absolutely recommend him and the service he provided.

I was served by shop assistant Stela. she was smart, tidy and generally her appearance was good. She approached me to see if I needed help but wasn't intrusive. She knew about the beds and suggested the best bed for my needs. She was very obliging and helpful, patient and caring and made me feel like a valued customer
