Dreams - Finchley

We went to Dreams in Finchley Central and were looked after by Oliver. He was so friendly and helpful, and we went away with our pillows, a mattress on order and two bed frames to decide on later - we hadn't planned on committing to anything! Oliver's expertise was excellent and he totally put us at ease. Also it's by far the best thought out and best implemented COVID guidance we've experienced in any store since opening back up, head and shoulders above other retailers.

George was extremely helpful in setting up my order and explaining the insurance plan with me, allowing me to make the best decisions for my purchase. The store was spotlessly clean and I was very happy with my experience. I already have, and will continue to recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Steve was a very helpful person who was very patient and not pushy into buying anything. He gave very good information about the particular bed we were looking for and directed us in that direction.

Salesmen was very familiar with stock and managed my requirements in an exemplary manner. The only issue was the limited selection for my requirement and budget.

We went to Finchley dreams and never expected to find what we wanted as we have been to many shops to look for furnitures and beds but not satisfied. when we went to this store, George greeted us with a huge smile and welcomed us. He offered us water, which we really needed as the weather was so hot. He then made sure we were ok and then helped us with our queries and found us every thing we needed. He didnt rush us. He was very calm. Like I said previously I never expected to buy 3 beds, 3 mattresses and all the beddings. This is all because we received the right support from George, he made things so much easy for us. We are definitely going back to the same branch for some stuff. Thank you very much to George
