The main reason was the advice and guidance provided by Stela, the assistant who helped us choose the mattress. She was excellent in every respect: friendly, knowledgeable, able to make suggestions and help us decide what we were really looking for, efficient without being stiff or formal. She gave us the time we needed to try out various mattresses, and was able to explain the differences between them. She is a credit to the company, and the service she provided would encourage us to return to Dreams and tell our friends about it.

Chris took the time to understand what we wanted in terms of firmness of mattress, our different sleeping patterns and the fact that I have back problems. He spent a lot of time explaining the difference between the various types of structure and how it would work for us. He didn't have the mattress we wanted on show as a demo, so arranged for a new one to be brought from the storage area into the shop so that we could try it out. He was very helpful and friendly at all times and my husband, who usually wants to think about high ticket items before he buys, immediately said that he wanted to go ahead straight away - a complete first!

The assistant and colleagues were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly, truthful about the products, understanding to our needs and patient whilst we made a decision. Compared to our previous experience the day before, it was so much easier to have been given the time to make a decision based on the helpful explanations rather than being pushed into buying the most expensive one in the shop! A very personable sales guy added to the positive experience
