The sales assistant, Jackson, was very friendly and knowledgable about the different beds and helped us find exactly what we wanted plus the most comfortable pillows we have ever had. His colleague was very friendly as well although I don't recall his name.

To be honest, I am not an easy person to please when it comes to interacting with people who I consider may be motivated to sell me something However, Stela was very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and not in the slightest bit pushy, which is all I could really ask. In the end I purchased a mattress for my son and he is very mush looking forward to the delivery. He also commented how nice Stela was.

Shane and Jonathan who delivered the bed were extremely polite and helpful. They assembled the bed in good time and there were no problems.

Method of payment made very difficult

I used the computerized bed to measure the best bed. This took a while and I wasn't happy with the recommendation it provided.

The price was out of my range and that is the only reason I was not highly satisfied. There were not many double size beds on sale available for me to chose from. Had to buy full price one in the end.

I felt as though after using the sleep match tool that once the mattresses which were best suited to me were shown on screen, it could have been made clearler exactly what the differences were between each of the options and what it would mean in terms of comfort and the end users sleep.
