Some prices were high

The bed we have was bought from Dreams about 6 years ago and had already had one replacement mattress. We contacted customer service who said two people would come out - one for the possible fault in the bed, the other for the mattress. We came to the store with a complaint that we did not get the mattress assessor, only the bed who had dismissed our claim. As we are both suffering with back trouble, we desperately needed a new mattress and would just buy a new one. The staff in the store were highly professional and listened to all our complaints. They treated us very well, but we don't want to have to return to customer service should our new mattress fail us.

The first mattress we have chosen wasn't available at all (or waiting time longer then 12 weeks) and for other mattress and bed we choose after we have to wait a month. Which is still not tragedy but will prefer to have it quicker. However assistant was brilliant and very helpful.

I was satisfied with the service. I had hoped there may be discounts on offer for immediate purchases. I felt the recycling charge was a little steep.
