Because there is always room for improvement. I was satisfied with the purchase side (other than delivery options and given the cost of the purchase I was not satisfied that I needed to pay for set up and pay for Saturday delivery because the weekday I wanted was unavailable).

I was a bit unsatisfied as I choose that option where I can make two payments instead of one,because I spent more than I predict to spend. So only after the maybent was said that the other half of the money will taken before one week of the delivery and not on the same day when it will be delivered. So it was a bit misleading for me but that is fine, I mean its not change anything but it would be much professional if they precisely inform you of everything befor you make the payment.
