We we very satisfied with the service Oliver offered and in general but would like to have had a little bit of a deal on the pillows as we bought them together with the mattress.

its a very special shop that turns the quotidian experience of buying a mattress into a “highly satisfying” experience. The Finchley shop is well located, has helpful, pleasant staff and a good selection of mattresses. Shopping there was about as satisfying as buying a mattress can be I imagine but is not what I’d describe to someone as highly satisfying in the way one one might describe a good curry after an evening down the local.

The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient, however there were only two options available and one was not available. So it was not a very satisfactory experience but I had very little time so I purchased the only option available.

Only because the price was little higher than I had hoped to pay, and had hoped to have a new mattress in a couple of days, but have to wait two weeks. Otherwise it was a very easy and efficient transaction with pleasant and courteous staff
