Everything was good just price slightly high

I found more variety of products in a different store and better delivery date and was offered a product discount for similar products. I don't understand why in the same week one store was offering discounts and the other one did not. Also I was happier with the selection of products in the other store (Lakeside)

I expected that by buying different products (e.g. beds, duvet, mattress protectors etc) I will get them all through delivery but the staff said that only the bed will be delivered and I have to take other products with me. Therefore, I decided just to buy the bed and not to buy other things.

The service was okay but I wouldn't say amazing.

Products are overpriced.

It was very hot in there

The last we ordered we were offered a discount on the mattress but this this time the store refused to give any discount on the order.

Overall experience was good though it was difficult to negotiate value add. We were spending a moderately large amount of money and would have expected decent value add. THe store itself wasn't hugely welcoming but was adequate. The range of linen was small. Wanted to try different pillows but not available

I wandered around the shop for a while and tried several beds before anyone approached me and offered assistance. The shop did not appear to be busy and I would have appreciated being greeted. Once I was eventually offered assistance I was satisfied and found the assistant to be very friendly and helpful.

Generally good customer service and attentive staff when choosing mattress and pillows. I was also looking for a super king summer duvet which wasn’t stocked. My other reservations relate to Dreams generally (as opposed to this store); I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time of nearly 3 weeks, the price (the mattress was on promotion but in reality has been that price almost constantly for the past six months and there wasn’t much room for negotiation) and the somewhat misleading price promise as Dreams manufacture their own mattresses so make it commercially impossible to actually find the exact ‘same’ mattress and so - despite finding a virtually identical mattress at a significantly cheaper price elsewhere - the price promise wasn’t honoured.
