Ed was the sales person. Very knowledgeable friendly and made us feel at ease did not rush us to make a decision which we think is very important but was always on hand to answer any questions

Very welcomed when we walked into store always there to help

Ed was fantastic, he took time with us to understand what we needed and showed us multiple options.

Have been to fareham store with my sister who ordered mattress another sister order bed and mattress. The were both so pleased though we should take look. Very pleased with friendly experienced staff . No hard sell and given plenty of time to make decision. Well done 👍

From the minute we walked in we were greeted by a friendly assistant, Ed. He made us feel comfortable and when I voiced my concerns, listened and reassured me. He was extremely knowledgable and knew what I liked and didn’t like before even I did! He was not pushy and let us have time to explore on our own but came back when we needed assistance.

Julie was very welcoming and friendly. She suggested we use the machine to see what is recommended for us. She then went through the options and suggested a couple of others and then gave us plenty of time to discuss between ourselves and answered any questions we had. Julie was very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy at all. Great asset to Dreams.

I phoned up and Neil from the Fareham branch helped me find out what I ordered last time as wanted the same, Neil was very thorough, making sure everything was correct and I found him very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
