From entering the store to purchasing our new mattress we were warmly welcomed by Jennifer, who then used the sleep match machine to find a number of options that we could look at. Jennifer was incredibly helpful with great product knowledge of every mattress we looked at, she was polite and courteous but not in any way pushy to try and make a sale which made us feel much more comfortable that we were in good hands and not being taken advantage of. She was honest and informative and ultimately helped us find a mattress that we both love.

The experience was informative, effective and efficient. The professionalism of the staff member was evident as was his patience in addressing all the needs as they were identified. It’s not easy to explain value when buying an item like a bed however if the cost reflected the professionalism then it was very good value.

Very helpful service, making sure i purchased the correct item. You could say they were a dream team!

This was my first visit to buy a bed and needed help. The services I had received was very good and took there time with me till I was satisfied what I wanted. If ineed any more bedding it's worth while traveling to Dreams knowing I will get the services and help I need

I was highly satisfied with my experience because when we went to just have a look at best firmness of mattress best fit us we must have looked odds going from bed to bed wondering if this was the right firmness. But then the assistant came over to us and asked if we were ok and what we're looking for. They instructed us to go over to the bed analysis machine to find the best suited bed. While that process was going on we were offered tea and coffee. After the analysis was done we were shown to the beds it had selected for us. Which were were given alot of information and time we needed on each bed. Seclected the bed we want. But the best Reason it was highly satisfied eventhough it was near closing time and we were in there after closing time. The assistant didn't rush us or push us to make a decision.

I was not sure of what I wanted but the gentleman was of ggreat assistance and showed me options. I decided on one of the options and the purchase was made. I am looking forward to receiving the mattress this weekend. Quick and helpful service, great!
