Dreams - Fareham

Julie was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, we had already visited two other bed shops and found them confusing & not good selections but immediately entering Dreams at Fareham, we found a good selection of mattresses and decided on one of the first mattresses pointed out by Julie, having been assessed by the diagnostic bed. She also helped us out with pillows and other additions. Thank you.

Julie was fantastic, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. She advised us on what was the best pillow as well as a mattress and we are very pleased.

Ease of parking next to the store. Products were displayed so viewing and testing was available. Store assistant was knowledgeable & patient & answered all our questions. All in all a fine shopping experience.

I can’t praise the Fareham team enough. I went into the store after looking at mattresses online but was struggling to afford what was an unexpected purchase - my daughter had sprung her Xmas request for a larger bed on me! I let them know my budget and was given great advise on what type of mattress was needed & what they had for my budget. I did make a passing joke about wrapping as it was her Xmas present, and to my daughters absolute delight, the clear wrap the mattress came in, had ‘Merry Christmas’ written on it. This really made her day. Although a Christmas present I’m not mean enough to make her wait, so she is sleeping on it already & loves it. Top marks for the delivery guys too.

Very easy to choose the correct mattress, lots of helpful, happy and knowledgeable staff.

I have visited the Dreams store twice in the last 10 days or so and bought a sofa bed on the first occasion and a mattress on the second. Both members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and took their time with me whilst I was making decisions. During my second visit, I mentioned I was awaiting delivery of a sofa bed and the member of staff informed me that it was discounted in the Black Friday sale. She checked online for me and indeed it was! When I got home, I phoned customer services and I was refunded £220! Great service! I have already recommended Dreams to my sister, who is also looking to buy a mattress. Thank you.

The service on 2 visits was great. The first visit was very informative. The second visit, staff were occupied building a bunk bed upstairs and were not aware we we were there at first but they came down after a few minutes to check and we were promptly served.

We have a very lovely lady helping us in store, Nicky who usually works at chandlers ford store. She was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Very please that she came over to help us and didn’t pressurise sales

Despite staff shortage Jennifer was very helpful. Her knowledge of stock was excellent and she was really polite to other customers waiting and helping the when possible while we were testing beds etc.

I came in on two separate days on both occasions the people who served me (Julie and Nicola) were just so warm and friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. When I asked to change things they were agreeable and when I asked questions they were knowledgeable. They clearly knew the store layout and products well and, on one occasion, when I had to wait acknowledged I was waiting several times and really seemed to be aware of what was going on with customers in the store.
