Very helpful assistant and knowledgeable. Not pressurised but attentive. I hope that the bed is as good when it arrives.

From the moment we walked in we couldn't have asked for a better service, julie was friendly and highly knowledgeable about all the products and went that extra mile to make sure my mum was happy with her purchase

Simon was very helpful, he took the time to show us the mattresses that were ideal for us. We were able to find the perfect mattress and delivery was arranged within a reasonable time frame.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, kind enough to make a tired new mum a coffee and most importantly, weren't "pushy sales people". I've had awkward experiences with sales people in the past so it was refreshing to know that I was being listened to.

Very friendly staff with great service. I did the bed test and was recommended a type of mattress. There was a good selection for me to try out. I chose a one that suited me and at a good price.

On stating our requirements for a mattress we used the Sleep Match machine. On completion the various options were explained and we were shown, and tried, the different types of mattresses available. A good explanation was given, along with the costs, of each option.

When we arrived at the shop in fareham we where approached by the saleswoman and asked if we needed assistance we declined at that moment,when we saw the products we liked we asked for advice she was really helpful and knew everyou thing about the products gave her 10/10 we then purchased the products we liked

As soon as i entered the shop i felt welcomed and relaxed. Neil was the person who helped me, asking what i needed, and why (I'm Disabled). i was also made a lovely cuppa! which was just how i like it. Neil demonstrated the adjustable bed, let me try it, and different mattresses to make sure i felt comfortable. I have never ever felt so looked after while shopping. I am now looking forward to my bed being delivered. and many many years of good sleep. i would like to Thank Neil and Dreams for your help. a lot of shops could learn a thing or two by seeing the exceptional way you treat your customers!
