The staff at Fareham Hampshire Dreams store were friendly and showed interest in you to make sure the bed and mattress etc met our sleeping needs. The team had a good knowledge of the products and were very helpful. Would recommend Dreams to family and friends.

I found an amazing deal and the store rep was just fantastic, help me select a day for delivery and was polite and knowledgeable.

Both members of staff were really busy! but the manager gave me as much time as I needed, he was not pushy or impatient, he explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and explained some great offers to me, thank you Neil.

Simon was an exceptional salesman and went through all available options we were even offered a cup of tea while placing our order!

We were greeted with a very pleasant welcome, we were given enough time to browse the products then store assistant came across to see if we needed assistance, he then showed us the machine that tests which mattress is suited for us, He then guided us round the store to show us the recommended mattresses, He gave all the information we needed with no rush or pressure to buy, his knowledge was very good and we left with a mattress suited for us, every time we been in this store we have received excellent service

I was only after some Pillows, but the gentleman explained how important they are, and how they need to match the mattress in terms of support, got 2 really nice pillows at a great price, and thanks to the time spent using the Sleep Machine, and finding my ideal mattress, I will be back to purchase it soon, and I'll be back for another lovely coffee 😊
