Efficient staff Cleanliness of the store

The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful

We were given personal attention when wanting to purchase a mattress and not really knowing where to start. The colleague was very attentive but not pushy and spent considerable time with us (around 1 hour) allowing us to try everything we wanted, ultimately resulting in a purchase. The only issue we had was when trying to pay and the pay terminal crashed and we had to wait 15 mins whilst the colleague contacted support to go through the process, there seemed to be limited knowledge of what to do within the store under such circumstances, but other than that the service we received was excellent.

We were greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable and relaxed. We were listend to and were not hurried in any way. It made shopping there a real pleasure.

Given so much choice in beds suitable for our needs and prices quoted went from very low to reasonably priced all suitably for us.

We were warmly welcomed into the store and after exchanging pleasantries we discussed what we were looking for. We were then shown 4/5 beds that might meet our requirements and encouraged to lay on each of them to try them out. We were offered hot drinks whilst we were deciding which, if any, of the beds we wished to purchase. Once decision made the order completion was very straightforward.

The member of staff that helped us was Jennifer. She was welcoming and friendly and great with our little boy. Her product knowledge was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. She showed us a number of mattresses which she thought would suit our needs. She was not pushy at all and made some great recommendations. We were happy to buy there and then thanks to Jennifer.

We wanted a new mattress but was unsure which type to go for. Store assistant was very helpful and informative and made our decision making a lot easier. Had bought previous bed from here before and was very happy with everything so came back. Pleasant experience all round.

JULIE HAD VERY GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND WAS VERY ACCOMODATING OF OUR SON WHO HAS AUTISM AND WANTED TO TRY OUT EVERY BED. SHE OFFERED GOOD SOLUTIONS TO OUR QUERIERS AND WHAT WE NEEDED IN THE BED.
