Simon’s knowledge of your beds pillows and mattresses etc was amazing. We didn’t realise how important it was to get the correct mattress etc and he certainly ticked all the boxes no matter what questions we asked. Brilliant 😊

Everything from products available, delivery dates and assistant was great

Our visit to Dreams was a very pleasant experience. We were given time to look at the various items we were interested in. The shop assistant Claire was knowledgeable about the products and listened to what our requirements were. At no point did we feel under pressure to commit to a purchase. The only down side was that as a returning customer their was no loyalty discount for a returning customer.

Julie was a very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful assistant.

The sales assistant was very polite and helpful .

The type of bed was available in store for us to see. The mattress was recommended by the sales lady so it was quick. The price of both were slightly high but it didn’t stop us from purchasing it.

Great service. We were attended to straight away and we felt the man was knowledgable and friendly and not over pushy. He helped and let us then browse. We hate to feel pushed so welcomed the space. We made our decision and then the man was once again really helpful and professional.

All the staff were polite helpful and knowledgable and were only too willing to answer my questions every time I entered the store, without feeling pressured to buy.
