The member of staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, without being overbearing. She allowed me time to try each mattress and explained the differences and was able to answer my queries.

Julie the dreams colleague who served us was excellent. She listened to our needs regarding a new bed purchase. Explained everything regarding the information we gave to her. Experienced the magic bed to give us an idea of mattress type and sleep positions. Julie’s knowledge of Dream products is exemplary. After choosing the type of bed we required Julie left us to try the beds at our leisure. So nice not to feel pressured in any way. She also made us a cup of tea. The store has good layout of goods and it was a pleasant environment in which to shop. It was a good experience.
