Felt very welcomed from the moment we walked into the store and used the sleep scanner to identify suitable mattresses. Julie was very knowledgable and explained the different types of mattresses and once we had tried them out, she left us to deliberate over a cup of tea and coffee. Excellent service and will be recommending friends and family.

Was very welcomed into the store as soon as we opened the door, gave us time to look around with bottles of water before being then given further assistance with what we had looked at. Was only going to look an get quotes but after the service an option to finance for less than we thought decided to actually place the order.

Ed was very helpful, friendly and highly knowledgeable. He gave us time to choose the correct mattress for our needs. He listened and asked the correct questions to get information on which mattress would be best for us. He made our shopping experience as stress free as possible.

The service of the assistant was second to none. His advice and guidance were invaluable. I wasn’t made to feel under pressure to buy. The whole experience was comfortable and leisurely

I went with my daughter to purchase a new mattress which she was paying for as a birthday present. We were greeted by Julie who from start to finish was kind and courteous. Nothing was to much trouble. We were offer water on arrival. And after 15 mins we were offer either tea or coffee, which we both said thanks, but no thanks. On a couple of occasions Julie left me and my daughter alone to discuss the options and lay on the 2 mattresses we narrowed it down to. Julie is pop back to check how we were doing. After 45 mins we had decided on the mattress I wanted. The order process was quick and the delivery was to be the next Thursday. At all times COVID protocols were observed and both myself and my daughter felt safe. Thank you Julie, you are a credit to the company.

I made an appointment and was seen straight away, I was the only customer in the store so felt perfectly safe. I was offered a drink, which was nice, and the process of choosing a mattress was explained. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I noticed the charity box and I was please to hear about the help Dreams gives to children and young people who need help. The ordering process was clear and all my questions were answered. Delivery was arranged and I was kept informed all the time. The chaps who deilvered were kind and helpful and explained about leaving the bed unmade to let any fumes dispell.
