Neil, the manager was very helpful and even offered me a cup of tea and a comfy pillow even though I was only buying a mattress for the spare room. Nothing was too much trouble

We were greeted by Claire who was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. She spent time on the bed measure She took us around the types of mattresses that would be right fo4 us. She then gave us time to wonder around to try out mattresses under no pressure.

Very helpful and knowledgeable lady in the Fareham store. Very friendly even arranged a fan for my wife. Talked us through the whole process and assisted us without being pushy on the sale. Very pleased with Claire.
