A good selection of beds,and a very helpful assistant

Excellent customer service, Julie went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for.

There was no pressure from the staff, we were given all the time we needed to browse, questions were answered and we were again left to browse. The price was good and offers on the day good value for money. We were asked if we wanted to take out insurance on our purchase but there was no pressure. Overall a good experience

Jennifer made the whole experience a positive one. Not pushy, just friendly and knowlegeable with a good sense of humour.

We were immediately greeted as we entered the store and help was immediately available. We hadn't purchased anew bed for ten years and quickly learned that things had changed for the better! Simon listened to what we wanted to buy and introduced us to what I can only describe as a virtual reality machine which quickly suggested a list of 3 beds which might be suitable for myself and my husband. We purchased the first bed on my husbands list and mattress which was first on my list! We couldn't believe how quickly we were able to come to the decision to buy!

Helpful and polite staff. Offered a coffee while we were there. Good knowledge of products and no pressure to buy.

The sales assistant was extremely helpfull and understanding, he was highly pressured as the only employee in store due to sickness aswell as trying to roll out a new promotion
