Greeted by friendly staff, browsed at leisure. Knowledge of staff excellent! Found a bed and mattress at a great price. Ordering was quick and easy. Free delivery, free mattress protector and free coffee. Overall very happy and satisfied with whole bed buying experience!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff

The salesperson, Julie, was extremely professional, curtious and offered us a drink as we were looking around the store. She left us alone to make decisions but was always on hand when needed for advice.

As we walked in we were assisted with a smile. The machine quickly calculated the needs of my wife and I. Then the sales assistant was very helpful in recommending the best mattress, headboard, and base that suited our needs and wallet. Also explaining what the features of the additional warranties, etc. for the base and mattress were (which we took up as well). In the way of the price, we also benefitted from the 10% discount for the day on our entire purchase. Overall, everything was fantastic, and will be returning to the same store to purchase 2 new single beds for our Daughters in the very near future. I have already recommended it, and told the story of our experience to a number of friends, and do believe that at least one of them has already been to the store to have a look at a new Double bed for him and his wife. Very satisfied with the entire experience. Thank you.

The lady( Julie) in the shop was first rate; we knew roughly what we were after and she came up with all the options; she left us to make up our minds, maintaining a curteous distance whilst we tried out the options. She was very knowledgable and gave us the confidence in making up our minds.

Was approached by Julie in Fareham branch. Offered to use the sleep machine and given a drink. Tried all of the beds recommended then tried the beds Julie recommended based on my current bed. Chose one of Julie's recommendations.

Service was very good and Julie was most helpful showing us the various options on show.
