Dreams - Fareham

It was such an easy experience we saw what we wanted. The staff were really helpful. We were visiting friends on the South Coast but were able to order for our home in the Midlands/ We would most definitely return to dreams and recommend our friends. A friend came with us to the store in Fareham where she lived and has told all her friends about the great treatment we had. She deserves a prize for passing on the Dream's news.

The shop assistant spent a lot of time finding out about the products which would be more benefit to us. Her knowledge, friendliness and her time spent with us maid it a very pleasant experience.

Very knowledgable staff member, very friendly. We did the computer aided guide, then the colleague walked us through each of the options. He was very helpful, was not pushing us towards any particular bed, explained them & gave us time to take a better look by ourselves. We purchased a materess for our double bed & one for our daughters bed too.

Julie has been great help, allowed me to walk around and guided me to the right direction. Asked me about my preferences and showed where I can find them. In general excellent customer service from Julie.

My initial visit and questions were answered, I was also impressed with the selection of bedding on show, I decided that I would come back with my partner and was pleased that I was remembered from my initial visit and that she would be down to help us. We were not presured and give excellent advice. We could not have expected more. A pleasing visit. Thank you.

Jennifer looked after us almost immediately that we entered the store in fareham, Hants, she listened to what it was we were looking to buy and then helped us choose, we were offered tea or coffee and not rushed at all, great purchase of a new bed and mattress, delivery date booked for a time best for us - great customer service.
