had a great experience while buying from Dreams for the first time, "Julie" the sales lady was very experienced and explained everything in full details, she gave us all the time and space that we needed without adding any pressure or pushing us toward any option

The whole experience was very rewarding. From the time we went into the store and were greeted with friendly experienced staff to the time we left with the product we wanted it was a very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff answered our questions and we felt very welcome. We were not pressurised in anyway and the technology used to select the type of mattress was ideal.

Explanation from the assistant was excellent. She was informative but allowed us time and space to look around without being pushy.

Myself and my partner are highly satisfied with our experience at the Dreams Fareham Branch, because the lady who assisted us called Julie are very patient, informative and friendly she made us very comfortable and offered us a drink as well. Simon was also patiently waiting for us to finished our order, when the store should be closing at 4:00 pm. There were only ourselves, Julie and Simon left in the shop, we even made a joke and apologise for making him late to have (Simon) his roast dinner. When we came back to amend our order once again the gentleman who helped us I think called Gary was also very patient and helpful to sort things out for us. We are very happy with their service, well done to everyone.

Sales assistant was patient, informative and knowledgeable, we didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase and we were given a lot information on a variety of suitable options for us.

Julie the shop assistant was very help full and pleasant. With helping to chose the rite mattress. Felt no pressure .Refreshment given. All in all nice place to shop.

We first visited the store earlier in the week. We were helped by Clare who could not have been more helpful. She explained about the products and suggested things to meet our fairly specific requirements. We returned to the store today (ran out of time on previous visit) to complete our purchase. Extremely happy with the service provided. Let us hope that our purchases (2 beds) will prove to bethe right choice and provide many nights of restful sleep!

Julie was extremely helpful and talked us through all the different bed and mattress options. She really listened to us and helped us find our perfect bed.
