We were very pleased with Julie ,she was very knowledgeable of all the products that were available . We were very impressed with the software that evaluated our needs.,and we ended up with hopefully the perfect matress for the both of us?

Clair at the Fareham branch was right there to help and give advice but she also let me take my time to try the beds again and again. I was buying 3 mattresses, so I didn't want to feel like I was being rushed to buy. She also reached the right balance of being friendly but not talking to me all the time.
