Very helpful lady who had good knowledge. Was very helpful without begin intrusive allowed us time to look but was on hand if we had any questions. This is the kind of sales assistant that but the customers needs first

We were impressed that the minute we entered the store a salesman spent over an hour with us assessing our needs, using the mattress technology and then giving us a recommendation. No pressure was put on us and we were able to reach a good decision on our new bed. There was a lot more science to such a purchase - more than we dreamed ! We were only discussing on our way to the store - how trading on the high street is so difficult and that retailers need to offer better retail experiences, you did that, well done.

Friendly helpful service and a good knowledge of the products

Very friendly service. Staff had excellent knowledge and very helpful. We were given the opportunity to get our body scanned to have a better idea of type of mattress needed. Very polite and made to feel welcome. Felt as ease and no pressure from staff. Refreshments given whilst innthe store. Overall excellent service given by Claire.
