Claire approached us with a friendly smile, asked us what we were looking for, my husband has just had knee replacement and rather have us trapse up and down the shop trying all the beds she introduced us to this amazing machine that recommended the right mattress for us, We were offered a coffee too which was nice. Claire then took us to all the beds that were suitable for us and our poor old ailing bodies. She noticed that my husband was wearing a veterans badge and had ship tattoos, so asked if we had a forces discount card....something we had forgotten about... kept asking if he was ok as he could barely walk. Lovely lady.

We were greeted by Jennifer who introduced herself and explained the different beds. She left us alone to try the beds and said if we had any questions she would answer. She was then available to process our order. Very friendly, not pushy but was very good
