Mrs Shakspeare has dementia and the assistant took extra time to explain to Mrs Shakspeare at a pace she understood. We were able to relook at beds which took up more time. When boking the sale and delivery, the assistant spoke to Mrs Shakspeare slowly and clearly so she would understand. Very helpful and kind.

The member of staff that served us, Neil, was really helpful . He had great customer service skills and did not put us under any pressure but was so helpful in helping us find the right mattress. He even offered us a drink , great service 👍

Neil was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly, took his time showing us different styles of beds until we found the one we were comfortable with, hygiene standards were excellent, felt very comfortable and safe

The sales assistant Julie was so friendly and listened to our needs. Her product knowledge was amazing. We didn't feel in anyway rushed. She was amazing.
