Jennifer gave us the information we required promptly and politely. Then gave us enough time to explore and was on hand for questions

From the time we entered your store until we left Simon made us feel at ease, we were offered tea or coffee while we waited for our granddaughter & husband to arrive, and as we were buying the mattress for them Simon explained the the pressure test and the results with them.

I Had several queries on fitting , sizing and colour scheme , all of which were sorted in detail and explained. I felt comfortble and valued as a customer

The staff were excellent with understanding my needs and price range. We were in the store for over an hour, which gave us time with the staff and to try the recommended products and time to ask questions.

The colleague who helped us was called Julie, Julie was very help, made us feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble, Julie explained everything in full, was very knowledgeable on the products, showed the items that was suited to our requirements, did not rush us around the store. It was a pleasure to meet Julie and shop in such a relaxed environment, you do not meet many employee's as helpful as Julie.

We were served by Julie the assistant manager and she was fantastic with everything that could be offered from knowledge of beds to her customer service.

Initially was browsing for a new base for my bed (currently being wrecked by my dog). To begin with was unhappy with the poor quality of bed bases on display until I was directed to a better line by the Staff. Got a printed quote, returned a week later and ordered the product, satisfied that it was the right decision. Staff were on hand at all times and were not 'pushy'. I made the decision. It was explained on my original visit that there was a wait of approx 1 month for the item to be delivered.
