We were welcomed by Julie with friendly smile and introduced herself and let us browse then returned to us and asked us if she could assist, she was very friendly and knowledgable about all the beds and mattresses in store, she gave us personal space to talk and discuss our options, offered us a drink which I accepted some water as there was a lot to choose from, She recommend deals and options on different bases and headboards and even up sold us a storage box, We ended up being there 2 hours with her and she was very patient and did not rush us or was pushy like some places you can go, the paper work did not take her long and the other of members of staff were chatty and friendly to,so I will be returning to this store again.

We recently bought a bed from dreams and were very impressed with the assistance, friendliness and informative of your colleague, Simon. This was the deciding factor for us when we made our second purchase. Again we were looked after exteemely well by Simon and another of his colleagues.

Claire our assistant during the purchase was very helpful and offered us a cup of tea or coffee , there was a very good offer on at the time of our purchase and we got a very good deal. The offer of a 40 night sleep trial is brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend dreams in the future.

I was very impressed with Julie, she was very helpful and attentive. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me all the options. She offered me additional products, which I hadn't thought of at the time. She made me a coffee and explained the purchase very carefully. I felt unhurried and I was glad i purchased through the store rather than the web.

Jennifer was very helpful in giving us assistance to choose our new bed and mattress. She offered us coffee and was available when we needed help but didn't put us under any sort of pressure. She helped with a query we had regarding the bed frame and was very knowledgeable about all the products. We feel we have received very good treatment as customers and the overall price we paid was lower than another high street bed supplier that we visited. Overall, very pleased
