We were given good and personalised advice throughout the visit and were given plenty of time to look around without feeling pressured. Julie was brilliant and gave fantastic advice.

Jennifer was very helpful but didn’t pester us just gave us the options made us a coffee and let us browse very satisfied as I don’t like pushy sales people and Jennifer wasn’t pushy

We were met by julie shorty after entering your fareham branch. We were offered tea or coffee and what sort of thing we were looking for after saying we were looking for a new mattress she explained some options available and left to look around. we probably spent half an hour testing out different mattress's during which time julie came to check on us a few times and answered all our questions. We left feeling happy with our purchase and look forward to our delivery.

Good choice of beds, allowed plenty of time to try out each of the mattresses. Sales advisor was knowledgeable about the mattress we were interested in. No push to make a choice or buy. Nice to be offered a cup of coffee whilst browsing. Overall a positive experience something you don’t tend to come across these days.

We went in to browse, and with a little help were able to locate the ideal product, so we decided to place an order straight away.

Simon who assisted me with my purchase was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant. He didn't crowd me and left me to ponder after our discussions. He explained the whole process fully when going through the credit application and gave me a variety of dates to suit me for the delivery. Also offered me a drink whilst I was browsing.

A very attentive server (Julie) who spent time understanding my needs.

Excellent product knowledge and listened to our needs and wants.

Julie was very helpful and friendly. The process was quick and easy but not rushed.
