The Assistant was very helpful from the on start of my visit and explained everything in detail. I was not rushed at any time and was left to browse around the shop in comfort. I had no problems at all. I was very happy with my outcome.

We were treated promptly union entry but not 'straight in your face' that makes me nervous! The lady who dealt with myself and my partner was lovely, Claire explained all the different types of mattress', asked up appropriate questions and then offered us a drink and showed us to the pillows so we were able to try out the mattress'. The store was clean and I felt perfectly comfortable trying out each mattress, the colleagues in store kept a good distance and didn't make me feel like I was being watched or they were waiting to pounce to make a sale. Once we were ready Claire politely asked if we had found anything we liked and completed our sale promptly and effectively detailing the recycling of our old mattress and our purchases.

We had ascertained our requirements and observed the item wanted in store and been able to verify its suitability.

We were helped by a lovely lady called Claire James who listened to what we were wishing to purchase, understood our needs, understood all the products in store and gave professional recommendations. From the minute we entered the Fareham store, to the minute we left, we had a wonderful customer experience. We would definitely be heading back should we need another bed.
