Dreams - Fareham

Jennifer was extremely helpful, providing information while giving us the time to consider our options. When placing our order Jennifer went a good pace and answered all of our questions.

Everything was as I wanted, Julie explained everything, left us to take our time but was on hand if we had any questions

Went to the fareham store (Hampshire). The manager there (Neil) was incredibly helpful. Offered us drinks when we entered, gave us better pillows when testing the mattresses. Showed us around the store and gave good advice on our sleeping situation. Neil also helped us get a free duvet. Very happy with our experiences.

Just how I like to be treated, a kind welcome and then left to brouwse under my own time without any staff presuriseing me and following me around, so no pressure selling from staff. Julie was great and when I needed her she was very technical with her knowledge and listen to what I was asking of her, so great customer service.

We were met when we arrived and offered a coffee, nice touch. We were then shown the bedding, and an explanation given as to the different types and sizes on offer, invited to ask for any help we needed and invited to try the beds to see which suited our needs, then we were left alone to browse. After much thought and testing we then went back to the sales assistant with more questions all of which were answered fully. We then chose the products we wanted and under no pressure sealed the deal.

The payment system was not working. The lady was calm throughout this problem and very apologetic. None of the problem was her fault. It was very near to closing time, but she did not give up. Eventually the problem with the computer connection was resolved and payment went through. It was, by this time, 20 mins after closing. She remained professional throughout and is a credit to the the company.

good service provided by Jennifer. Very helpful. We always buy from Dreams as the service is always amazing and the speed of delivery is fine.

Neil was friendly and answered all our questions. more important didn't push us into making a choice and gave us lots of time.
